Return Policy
Alkalineknights.com is committed to satisfying all its customers. That's why we carry only quality products. Our return policy is designed to be fair to both us and you, the customer. Customers have up to 30 days to return unwanted items.
Due to the sanitary nature of our products, Alkalineknights.com is unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on items that have been used. Once the water filter has been installed and used, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. We thank you for your understanding.
All returned items must be in resalable condition.
Return by Mail
Please including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s).
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product box, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including O-rings). All items must be unused, uninstalled and unflashed the water inside of the water filter. We do not accept returns for wrongly installed water filter by customer's order of mistake.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please send your package to our returned shipping address.
Refund for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Alkalineknights.com does not credit original shipping charges.
Replacement Filters
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The products must also be undamaged, in the original packaging. All used replacement cartridge filters are non-refundable. This includes all replacement filters for all Kangen Water® generators, and shower filters. We offer 30-day returns, so in case anything goes wrong within 30 days you can send it back for free replacement.
Replacement filters are a consumable item and we are not able to resell them after water has been passed through them. If you ordered the wrong filter by order of mistake and it is still brand new condition, you can return it in exchange for the correct filter. If you have any questions please contact us.
We trust that you will find our return policy to be reasonable and acceptable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us from our Contact Us page.
Lost package
Please note that USPS or shipping career investigations usually takes approximately 2 - 3 working weeks. Upon the completion of the lost package investigation, you can receive a replacement or a refund for your order. Thank you for your time and understanding.
Defective or Damaged items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or spoiled, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 business days of receiving your order.
We may request photographic evidence or other information to verify the issue. We may ask you to ship back the defective or damaged items for further investigation.
Upon confirmation of the issue, we will provide you with a replacement for the defective item at no additional cost to you.
Inaccurate Orders
If you receive an incorrect product in your order due to an error on our part, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 business days of receiving your order.
We may request photographic evidence or other information to verify the error. We may provide a pre-paid shipping label to have you ship back the inaccurate items for further investigation.
Upon confirmation of the issue, we will provide you with a replacement for the item at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are non-refundable. This means that all refunds will be subject to shipping charge deduction. We do not refund shipping costs, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
International Buyer
The international buyer shall responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please note that custom tax, shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable for oversea shipping.
